RidgePoint Commercial LLC
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any request for pricing submitted to RidgePoint Commercial LLC. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these terms.
1. Website purpose
This website provides information about commercial overhead door products and allows prospective customers to request pricing. Website content is general information and is not engineering, architectural, code, installation, or legal advice.
1A. Educational resources and safety
Any care, maintenance, troubleshooting, checklist, or inspection content is general educational information only. It does not replace the instructions for the exact product, qualified service, engineering, electrical work, code requirements, testing procedures, or project-specific safety procedures. Do not adjust springs, cables, bottom fixtures, tensioned components, tracks, operators, electrical systems, or fire-door systems unless qualified to do so. You are responsible for using appropriate qualified professionals and following all applicable requirements.
2. Quote requests
A quote submission is a request for RidgePoint to review and price products. It is not an order, contract, reservation of inventory, or guarantee of pricing, availability, delivery, or lead time. RidgePoint may decline any request.
3. Competitive quote review
RidgePoint may compare the exact product shown on a competitor quote or may identify a similar product that appears to meet the submitted project requirements. A similar product may differ by manufacturer, model, construction, materials, performance, warranty, options, availability, or lead time. Any alternative will be identified for customer review. RidgePoint will not order a substitute without written customer approval.
RidgePoint does not guarantee that it can meet or beat any competitor price. Comparisons depend on the complete product package and commercial terms, including size, quantity, specifications, options, hardware, operators, freight, destination, unloading, taxes, lead time, payment terms, and warranty terms. RidgePoint may determine that two quotes are not comparable.
4. Customer information and specifications
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and authorized information. This includes measurements, quantities, plans, specifications, product selections, performance requirements, wind-load requirements, electrical requirements, clearances, mounting conditions, engineering, permits, and applicable codes. RidgePoint may rely on the information you submit.
5. Uploaded documents
You represent that you are authorized to provide every document you upload and that RidgePoint may use it to evaluate and respond to your request. Do not upload payment-card data, Social Security numbers, medical information, passwords, or unrelated confidential information.
6. Quotes and orders
Written RidgePoint quotes control over website content. Prices may change until RidgePoint receives payment and releases the approved order. Product availability and lead times are estimates unless the final quote expressly states otherwise. Before any purchase, the customer must approve the final products, specifications, quantities, price, freight, taxes, payment terms, and delivery terms.
6A. Sales tax
Applicable sales and use tax will be added unless RidgePoint accepts a valid and properly completed resale or exemption certificate. Selecting an exempt status does not by itself remove tax. RidgePoint may reject an incomplete, inaccurate, expired, inapplicable, or otherwise unacceptable certificate and may collect tax when required by law.
7. Custom and special-order products
Commercial doors and related products may be custom manufactured. The final sales terms may state that an order is noncancelable, nonreturnable, and nonrefundable after release to the manufacturer. Those final sales terms will control the transaction.
8. Delivery, damage, and warranty
Delivery, unloading, inspection, freight claims, damage claims, and manufacturer warranties are governed by the final quote and the applicable manufacturer and carrier terms. Customers must inspect deliveries promptly and document visible damage on the delivery receipt.
9. No installation services
Unless a written RidgePoint quote expressly states otherwise, RidgePoint provides products only. RidgePoint does not provide field measurements, site inspections, installation, electrical work, permits, engineering, code verification, opening preparation, or confirmation of clearances.
10. Intellectual property
The RidgePoint name, logo, website design, and original website content belong to RidgePoint or its licensors. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a manufacturer does not by itself state or imply authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement.
11. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, impersonate another person or business, or use the website unlawfully.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RidgePoint disclaims implied warranties relating to website use. RidgePoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or a quote request. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to website use or a quote request will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise in a final sales contract.
14. Changes and contact
RidgePoint may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Questions may be sent to sales@ridgepointoverheaddoors.com.
